Justin is an award winning designer who grew up in the family kitchen & bath business where he spent his days off from school working on job sites, growing his passion for design and attention to the details. In 2011, he graduated from New Jersey Institute of Technology with his Bachelor of Architecture degree cultivating his love for design on a professional level. He was awarded the National Kitchen & Bath Associations prestigious 30 under 30 award being recognized as one of the industries top up and coming professionals, and is still an active member of the NKBA today. Justin enjoys creating a cohesive environment where the flow, function, and materials all compliment the user.
Thomas Dedio
PARTNER
Tom has been a career professional in the kitchen and bath industry for over 35 years, where he began as an installer for a local kitchen and bathroom showroom in northern New Jersey. In 1983, he designed and opened his first state of the art showroom showcasing products of all different quality levels. Over the years he has received numerous Magna level awards for Corian sales and fabrication. Tom combines his vast knowledge of construction with his passion for design, and applies that to making sure our projects are products of perfection. He is the reason we have beautiful portfolio pieces!
Drew Kathleen Newman
INTERIOR DESIGNER
Drew is a woman of many talents, and effectively we find a way to use all of them! She is a graduate of the University of South Carolina, where she majored in Media Arts and double-minored in Graphic Design & Photography. Post-graduation, she received her 3rd degree in Interior Design while working for a prestigious luxury custom home builder in Annapolis, MD where she completed many award winning projects. Drew has amazing planning capabilities to help maximize function and space for clients, and she combines that with the intricacies of color, texture, and detail to create wonderful spaces. She has a love for tiny homes, as someone with great space planning skills should!
